Court Farm aims to reply to personal information requests within 30 days.
Please make a subject access request by completing this template here and emailing it to: enquiry@courtfarmschool.co.uk or writing to the school: Court Farm Primary School, Tedbury Crescent, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 5NS
Please ensure you state your name and contact details. Please state the information you desire and that you are requesting a subject access request under the Data Protection Act 1998. Please also provide anymore information that may help determine your request such as date of births, places, documents etc.
If you wish for us to amend your child’s personal details on file please contact our office and reception team via enquiry@courtfarmschool.co.uk
If you require printed copies of any documents or information from Court Farm Primary School, we are happy to provide them. Please contact the school office, and we will assist you with your request.
