Vision and Values

Court Farm Primary School Values

Honesty

At Court Farm, we teach children that honesty means telling the truth, taking responsibility for their actions, and learning from mistakes. We encourage children to be honest with themselves and others, knowing that honesty helps to build trust, strong relationships, and a safe school community.

Try Your Best

We encourage every child to always try their best, no matter their starting point or the challenge they face. Children learn that effort, perseverance, and resilience are valued, and that making mistakes is an important part of learning and improving.

Listening

Listening is a key part of learning and showing respect for others. At Court Farm, children are taught to listen carefully to adults and their peers, follow instructions, and value different ideas and opinions during lessons and everyday school life.

Looking After Others

We teach children to care for and support one another, creating a school where everyone feels safe, included, and valued. Children are encouraged to help their friends, show empathy, and take responsibility for looking after their school environment and wider community.

Kindness

Kindness is at the heart of everything we do at Court Farm. We teach children to be thoughtful, respectful, and compassionate through their words and actions, helping to create a positive culture where everyone feels welcome and belongs.
